The Royal Gorge Region of Colorado needs more people. More tourists, more day-adventures, and more residents. The problem– The Royal Gorge Region and its residents are proudly stubborn and resistant to change. They are not as well embellished or developed as other mountain regions. Looking at you I-70.

But, their rugged, gritty, adventurous nature is precisely what many people are escaping the front range for. The RGR is one of the last regions in Colorado to maintain and boast its’ authentic wild west appeal, and they are not about to change that.
